The level of competition in the smartphone or smart phone industry increasingly fierce. Microsoft will hit the market with the launch of Windows 7 Phone, the latest operating system for smart phones, in nine new phones at once. Phone line was introduced on Monday October 11th, 2010 by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.
Windows 7 Phone-based phones will be sold in the U.S. by AT & T Inc. and Deutsche Telekom AG. According to Microsoft's management, AT & T will sell the phone starting November 8. However, this product would be "landed" first in several countries in Asia and Europe on Oct. 21.
Mobile phones with Windows 7 Phone software featuring a new design. With this software, users can take photos and upload with faster connections to Facebook and Microsoft's Xbox Live Game. Social networking features are also covered.
"The phone is an important market that must be worked on Microsoft if it wanted to expand business beyond the personal computer market. Windows 7 Phone offers a service that is almost the same as other similar devices," said Ross Rubin, NPD Group Inc..
The new phone is ready to carry the Windows 7 Phone manufactured by HTC Corp., Dell Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. and LG Electronics Inc. Well, if Windows smart phones will compete with Apple's iPhone output and output of Google's Android software Inc?
